It's good that you stated the intent or goal of the thread so specifically, the focus has seemed to turn towards political or phylosophical groups like communism. I don't even know that discrediting or bringing to an end Christianity is a specific goal or intent of communism though, it is more like an incidental 'benifit' brought about by attrition through the progressive control and oppression of the people under Communism, but if so then like I think BillyJeff pointed out it didn't even work out under Marx's biggest 'success' either. I do somewhat digress that 'discrediting' the Bible is a specific goal of Communism but not specifically bringing Christianity to an end. Like the guys ahead of me said, it's certainly no friend to Christianity.
And the way that you have stated it so nice and specific (the 'bringing it to it's ultimate demise' part), I haven't heard of any group that states it so bluntly. Even groups like American Atheists and ACP don't do that, rather they push for their own interests or state that they 'strongly oppose' religion, not even necessarily Christianity in particular. Of course they very well may not state it so openly and bluntly only because it may get them in hot water legally or to avoid a fire storm of the negative everything that it would bring upon them.
