Now I'm not American or a biker but I would gladly stand between any family and that filth that they are preaching.
Hope everything went ok at the funeral

Thanked: 198all went well today, it was a long day that was for certain, they didnt show up, from what the head of the patriot guard was saying, he really didnt expect them to show. apparently they are spread to thin. good thing, i would love to have taken the leader for a quick mano eh mano chat and basically explain, A) they could very easily disappear into the mountains around here, and B) the police would not see a darn thing if that happened.

Thanked: 195Glad to hear that everything went smoothly. I'm an old Jarhead myself, and both of my sons served in the Navy. My youngest even volunteered to spend a year on the ground in Iraq with the U. S. Army, because they were undermanned. Although I though he was "Loony" for volunteering, I can't begin to tell you how proud I was of him for stepping up. I'm sure you understand.
By the way, with the oil spill in the gulf, there are some very hungry gators down here on the gulf coast. Just sayin . . .

Now wouldn't it be funny if one of them was secretly a member on this site.
Lol then again they wouldn't be able to keep their mouths shut about something to do with idol worship or what not.

Thanked: 198all bow to the brazen image of the dubl duck, the bengall, and pray to the all powerful wade&butcher, that they may take pity on us, and slay all those that snipe us on ebay, may they grant us favor and allow us to win all our auctions at a very low if not cheap price for all that we bid on..

Thanked: 1936This is exactly right and they do use the hands off tactic. Simply forming a large line between the protesters and the families. Large American flags & loud bikes provide the interference. In the years that the Patriot Guard has been around, there has been no physical altercations that I am aware of. They are just a group of good guys, mostly all Christians, veterans, and/or ex-cops with a great cause & will ride for any fallen soldier.
Those who ride should look them up and ride with them sometime, you would not regret it one bit I promise you...
I'm just glad the funeral went as well as one can. God bless you all.
