Thanked: 1936Victor,
Hated to see your pain, but lets get you back to workin'...
No legal advice, just job lead...go to RailAmerica - Home. That's our parent company and where all railroad jobs are posted for the 40 or so shortline railroads we own. The SJVR is in your neck of the woods. If there are none posted for an area you want to work, keep an eye on it, there are always jobs on there. Our railroad, Kiamichi Railroad, is hiring 4 Train service employee's. That's a nice way to say conductor. A conductor isn't a ticket puncher....

Thank you and God Bless, Scott

I suggest talking with a lawyer to see if there is anyway of getting your money, but be prepared to not getting any of it back. Joey the Barber is dead right, sometimes you have to be in absolute darkness before you are able to see even the faintest new light. Sad story. But I think it's time for "you time". What can you do to make your life better, right now, next month, ten years.
Life- 10% of what happens to you 90% How you deal with it.
Good Luck Victor.
