And before anyone slams me for the "bland" comment...I speak from experience..I worked on a cow feedlot when I was teenager and it was horrific..They give those cows everything, but grass. And the conditions were stressful and disgusting for the cows, so what you get on your plate is a piece of "stessed" beef, which all hunters know that stressed game always tastes not as good as unstressed....I saw cows living on potatos, steriods too beef them up..forced to move on broken legs, infections and conditions not fit for a pig farm...So, my reason for accepting the "bland" taste over the regular store bought is very validated...
