Great Job! You've got it physically beat! Now just keep your mind strong. Soon you wont even miss it. Then just make sure you never ever just try out a little.

great motivation to quit is looking at your family and deciding you would like to be with them longer , dont know about chew but spitting is just plane nasty.
41 years old with emphysema I stopped smoking last year and still crave but when i look at my son I can only hope I can watch him grow up .
cold turkey is the only way all the other chemicles and cutting down juast make it harder.

I don"t know id it is the nicotine or the other chemicals in the snuff. But I have felt like S#2@ this week, achy and just not right. More aches than a 40 YO should have.

Drink lots of water to flush that crap out. Withdrawal feels bad... Maybe you picked up a touch of the flu?

I've been were you are Speckey, this is sage advise. I've quit more than once. First time I "lapsed" was after five months cold-turkey. Bought a can of the nastiest stuff there was and told myself just one and then I'll throw the whole can away. AND I DID!!!!!!!!! The next day I bought another can and took just one....you can figure out the rest of this story.
Stay strong, but don't kid yourself...this is going to be something that you carry the rest of your life. It's not painful or debilitating, yet you carry forever. Like an old scar that's sensitive to the touch. You forget about 99% of time but when it's hit just right you're reminded of it.
Life Saver breath mints. Wint-o-green. Buy a big bag and stash them somewhere. If it hits hard go get one and crush it up and put it under your lip...or wherever your spot was. The mint is strong enough it'll burn just a little...slightly like the real stuff. I use to buy them by the pound. Literally.
