    Sick time does not exist here. Either you take a day off, or you have a doctors note. The doctor (normally, though there are doctors with dodgy ethics) will not write a note if you're not actually 'sick'. Feeling 'bleh' does not qualify.

    So if you have a 'bleh' day, you have to take up a holiday, or take back some flex time and start late.
