North Korean "citizens" don't own firearms, the army does.
And these laws were written in different times. When I get off work at 6am I have to wait an hour to get a beer, sales are restricted until 7am. Slightly ignorant from my perspective, but the intent is to stop the town drunk for a few hours every night.

I was mistaken gugi, it's South Korea that banned firearms, not North Korea.

You should visit Bergen County, NJ before you complain about blue laws. And you can't carry either. (there you go gugi)

In Indiana you can't buy alcohol at all on Sundays, except having a few at a restaurant or bar. Last state in the union to hold onto Sunday prohibition. It wouldn't surprise me if there are more DUIs on Sundays than any other day from people getting their drinks at bars instead of at home.
AND GEORGE WASHINGTON WOULD BE NONE TOO HAPPY ABOUT IT! (that part was for gugi)
