    Raises for workers are not part of the money that has to be spent/screwed off.

    Saw 87 octane selling for 3.18 9/10ths over at the QT at SH183 and Central yesterday.

    It was the same way in the Army. Right around July, they'd get us all together and have us write wish lists of "stuff" we "needed". With the explanation that we needed to spend all the money we got last year, or we wouldn't be able to ask for MORE next year. Beautiful. We never really got much out of it, except a ton of range time. But it did happen like clockwork every year, and range time is a pretty decent way to spend a day.

    Over here you can buy 95 (regular) or 98 (super).
    I was told you can get 100 in Germany.

    9$ a gallon is nuts, I paid the equivalent of 4.75 a us gal for diesel fuel last fill up.
