Divorcing is quite common these days. I do not know, but i have my beliefs that is has something to do with modern life style with too much individualism. Everyone wants to be special with all the fb's, reality tv's, Idols and all that crap.
People expect the marriage (and whole life) to be just a bed of roses with no ups and downs. They give up too easily as well.
I think it's rather to give up a little to gain some. Compromising. I know perfectly well how to turn this former beauty queen into mad viking woman but i know also how to behave not to make it happen. Guess she does the same too. Maybe i've learned something.
Or then it is just me getting old. Just my 2c (surprisingly this has nothing to do with automatic weapons).

Thanked: 1160Again..well said "T" I have pretty much turned into a confirmed bachelor..but heck a viking woman would be a breath of fresh air to a self indulged Paris hilton clone . What I wouldn't give for the mother of all solar storms to knock everything out so we could start all over.Yeah it would be rough and in some cases down right bad....but the trade off would be worth it. Oh for simpler times ! (weep).

Thanked: 3223True enough, but he did come sniffing the cheese anyway didn't he. There is still that matter of the other two. I don't think anyone has or would have problems with higher ups having bigger salaries and other perks in a healthy company or in a healthy economic environment. Rank does have it's privileges. This class of person will not give up any of their lifestyle while everyone else is making sacrifices in theirs like being made redundant, having their pensions, benefits and pay cut during restructurings in bankruptcy protection. Whatever happened to lead by example? There are good and bad ones for sure but I am really starting to wonder how many good ones are left.

Thanked: 983Sounds like it isn't a problem of whether or not he had access to a firearm. It sounds like society over there is getting itself wound up just like in other western countries. Society needs look into preventative mental health.
