There used to be a time when by age 12 or so,you could chop wood on your own,hunt and know how to use a firearm responsibly or if you didn't you'de get whooped(but that's considered child beating now). in the old days you rode and took care of horses,in modern times you learned how to fix the family truck or whatever. You didn't have this herd mentality(oh great governments save us cause we can't save ourselves).You helped out with the family chores or business. Life will never be utopian and yet it amazes me how people keep on with this futile battle of bending life to their wills when it is they who must do the bending. You need to face life yourself and stop cowering and being afraid of everything. You can govern and legislate yourselves into a corner where every tiny thing you do is under a microscope...but what kind of life is that....no offense but I was 26 once...don't tell me that you have been around and seen things at 26 unless you have been in combat or lived in a mud hut in some 3rd world starving village with guerilllas killing your country men. Think and do for yourself. We got a ton of laws...we just need to actually enforce them instead of creating yet more red tape. We all need to grow up !! Nuff said..thank you
