    Do you mean the Palm in Las Vegas? I have a steak fest every august in Vegas...its a solid week of the best steak houses in vegas. I am there for work, but I enjoy it more for the steak and of course the other fun activities

    Yes it's a chain. I have only been to the ones in NYC and DC. Both great.
