Thanked: 369Well, my suggestion is that you start sending different steaks to me. I'll certainly let you know which ones I think are the best.....um.....

Well, I have eaten there, but I'm nowhere near a regular, lol. Ritzy isn't my thing... I'd rather suck down a few beers and a burger at a good cowboy bar in the desert, to be honest. Greasewood Flats was a good place a while back... used to hang there some. But the tourists ruined it....
In its earlier days, Greasewood Flats was known only to the lucky few who discovered the tiny place hidden off of a dirt road in the middle of nowhere, including Glen Campbell, John Denver, and Tennessee Ernie Ford, who would do impromptu performances. Today, the circa-1883 former stagecoach bunkhouse is widely known and wildly popular, with its rustic bar and dozens of picnic tables under a rolling canopy of trees. Folks flock to Greasewood for a cold beer, a grilled-to-order hamburger, live music, and stunning sunset views over the mountaintops to the west.

Well, if you don't mind spending a small fortune on steaks, you can order dry aged from Peter Luger's (www.peterluger.com). They were voted NY's best steakhouse something like 20 years in a row.
Though I think you really need to just go there for dinner one night and have the whole experience.

Can't really say since I've never ordered steaks via shipping (always bought locally, usually from Amish butchers when I lived in Kansas). That being said, though, my favorite CUT of steak has to be T-bone. Most flavorful of them all, IMO.
