You know, when I was a kid I watched Sesame Street obsessively. This was during the '70's, though I guess that is not important. In Australia "jelly" is the term we use for "jello".

I'd watch an episode of Sesame Street, then rush out and pester my mother for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and she would look at me like I was nuts. One day she must have decided that giving me what I wanted would be so awful that it would cure me, so I got given a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

It didn't look like what I had seen on the tv - mine was all chunky and lumpy and the bread wobbled around, but I ate it. And I remember thinking these Americans don't have a clue. And from that day on, I only ate vegemite sandwiches.

What is my point?

No, seriously, tell me - what is my point...???

James.
