    I used to know a gentleman that was the base Commander at Ft. Sill. Many years later he was stationed at the Pentagon when my wife and I had business there. He took us out to eat. This was around 1985 or so.

    He was talking about the internet. Even then the military was VERY interested. Dave Engels I think his name was.

    Not as wide as the military allowed and not as many drugs as the US allowed at least in the states I worked in.

    I had my initial criti-care class from a Canadian medic... I don't remember which province he was from, but they were doing pericardiocentesis in the field, along with just about every other procedure imaginable... I was curious if it's like that everywhere, or just where he happened to be from.

    I think the flight guys at orng in Toronto might be doing that I'm not sure. Just finished taking the exams to be paramedic in Toronto. They recognized my training but still need to pass their exams.
