    Awesome! I actually (strangely) have the exact same scales awaiting a new blade as well. Eventually the right one will come along!

    I love that its not the typical looking Worsty, and the aluminum scales complement it nicely. They go together like peas & carrots.

    You have a great eye, matching blade to scales. What a lovely blade. Old aluminum scales I get a charge out of too.

    Back when these were made, aluminum was still rare/expensive. Sort of like the the hi-tech rocket age, but made when biplanes were still often flown. If I were to see the scales solo, and the blade separate, I would not have considered putting them together. As you often do, you put scale to blade, making a complementary package.

    It has all the sparkle that Christmas deserves. Hope you have as much fun using it as I looking at it.
