Thanked: 104I've had good results from Shaverhut. Excellent range of new razors Harts, Thiers Issard, Dovo's. Excellent range of soaps and creams. They have the lot pretty much covered, but have ab odd pricing method. Buy a Dovo Bismarck for 219 one day and its 239 the next. Otherwise, the range and the rest is good.

Thanked: 0I just found out that mensbiz is opening a Sydney store in the strand arcade, for those interested. I'll be visiting on opening day and will see if they will give me a discount for purchasing multiple products

Someone here (apart from Turnley's) is selling Citrus Musk and Lime Sec.
Some other goodies as well.

I have found the opposite to be true IME. The range is good (online, in store it depends on what that particular store has), but the service was terrible and they are overpriced on items you can find cheaper elsewhere if you do the work. And it's worth the look. I saved nearly $20 on RazoRock soap, it wasn't hard to find either.
Admittedly, that supplier was not an Australian supplier which defeats the point of the thread. But in truth, I'm loyal to price more than suppliers who haven't given me the best service.

Thanked: 104Hey Guys
I mentioned this site once before, but can't find it, so for aussie members I was given this source from a friend. I have made 3 purchases in the last 8 weeks from '330mate'. As far as we in the straight razor community are concerned, I have bought and received a Chosera 1k ($79 AUD), a Naniwa 2k 20mm superstone ($78 AUD) and a naniwa superstone 20mm 8K for $89. (Yeah HAD). They have all the Naniwa old series Chosera stones on bases each 25mm, The new professional (Chosera replacement) and the full superstone old series 10 or 20mm on bases.
I waited 3 weeks for the 8k SS, and 10 days the chosera, so for standard postage (About ten bucks) it's a good site for me. If you want to compare apples and oranges the Chosera 10K 30mm on base is AUD $311.00. (US $235) I've had no reason to go elsewhere at present.
Cheers Bob.Last edited by bobski; 03-13-2016 at 06:11 AM. Reason: Comparison
