Default Pocket Nines - Do They Exist?

Sure they do. I mostly prefer a .38SPL wheel gun but, sometimes, the day (or the pants) just says, "Nine!"

I love me a pocket nine. You?

Thank God you included a picture - I got the entirely wrong impression from just reading the title.

All I know about guns is this little rhyme my grandmother taught me:

"This is my rifle, this is my gun. This is for fighting, this is for fun"

I'm with you Jimbo, the title sucked me in out of curiosity. The only handgun in my collection is a Smith and Wesson 5 shot revolver that was a gift my great great grandfather received from his father when he moved out "west" from lower Canada, a very long time ago. He settled in Edmonton where my Great Grandfather and my Grandfather were born, and my mother were born. I decided that they hadn't really made it to the "west" and went the rest of the way, and have been here since '77. I got the gun given to me by my Grandfather about ten years ago. As far as I know the gun has never been fired. Neither my Grandfather or my Great Grandfather ever had any bullets for it. I haven't even bothered to look for any. It's a cute little thing.

Pocket Nines?? You betcha. This is one of the finest sub-compact auto pistols I have carried in 40 years (my S&W 442 ranks up there also, but it's a .38..not 9mm).
Ironically the Beretta Nano (shown here with a Tommy Theis IWB Horsehide/Kydex holster-nice bit of work) for some reason does not get a lot of love. I cannot figure out why?? I mean what is NOT to like about this pistol?? Go figure. I can sure say I like mine. OUt of the entire arsenal, this little spud sees more work than any of the others............
