    4 hrs.longest I have quit in 50 yrs
Good news Bill - when I first got mine, I don't think I put it down in two weeks - was hauling away at it non-stop. As I mentioned, had the occasional "analog" cigarette, that's what they call the burning kind now, "analog cigarette", so don't beat yourself up if you do have one or two, just set remember, it's very similar but different in terms of the delivery system. The vaping takes a bit of time to hit your system, while a real cig will hit you right away, so give it time.

Congrats - great decision, you'll be surprised how much better you feel in a couple of weeks.

Agreed, been back to the vape store 3 times today,Trying diff blends of the juices (all Free) first I got was 6Mg,just tobacco flavor,Way to strong
Got a bottle of 1% and mixed the two 50/50.
Is a learning curve for sure, right juice blends, right air intake Etc.

I think its just trading one problem for another, you probably don't have the tar issue but you will probably still get the artery issue with the nicotine
it didn't save me any money, I had screw on cartages that weren't refillable. I did miss the flicking of the lighter and the initial drag to start it.
and I have quit three different ways over time, each with its own draw backs

As for flavours, I don't use any tobacco flavours, as that kind of defeats the object for me. I like a minty gum (tastes like chewing gum) and a lemon and lime. Quite refreshing.
    That's what the bathrooms are for..... e-cig smoking room....Just don't get caught....lol

Going to try some of those flavours phrank recommended this weekend.
My nic level in the juices I use currently is 12%. Going to wean that down to a lower level each month.
Feels like mad alchemy trying to find my own special blend one squeeze dropper at a time.
    Cheers.
