Sent you a PM on a good place to look for all of your airgun needs.
    Enjoy.

Here's my new Air Arms TX200 MK3 in .177. One half inch groups at 45 yards. It's a little bit heavy and it's a bit hard to cock but the firing cycle is smooth as silk.

Looks very nice however I"m sure that my first born is too old to trade for one. What does a rifle like that go for?

This is the Walnut stock version, about $650.00, the Beech stock is less expensive. Other features include adjustable trigger, easy take down, massive butt pad and shrouded barrel.
The weight and butt pad make for a negligible recoil and the shrouded barrel makes it neighborhood friendly. Oh I forgot, a 10.44 gr. pellet .177 at 900 fps = 18.78 ft/lbs.

I have a layover in Phoenix this coming Tuesday, you can meet me there at the airport so I can try before I buy one. Just be sure it's well packed so security doesn't bust us both. I'll return it promptly after a through evaluation. Hate to lose a good looking 38 year old female first born for something I may decide I don't' like.

Thanks for the info really wish I could try that/Oh Well.

Ha! Come on up to Prescott it's only a 100 miles North. Bring your canteen and you'll still have time to make your connection.

Freddie I'd love to if I could! However I'll only be there (supposedly) for 45 minutes.

The good thing is that (Hopefully) once I'm in San Diego I'll be able to meet up with three guys who I've helped get started in this age old art. That would be frosting on the cake! The Cake is being at my best friends wedding and spending time with him and the lovely bride!

I have a 65 yard range set up in the backyard. Deer seem to love the 40 yard marker.

I have a raccoon problem here. I'm half a block from a large park with forest, lake and long grass prairie. They intimidate my pets and this last year with the draught they started digging up the yard and garden. Unknown to me they root around like pigs do and can decimate large areas in one night. To compound the problem they mowed the prairie last summer for the US Open car parking. Needless to say this greatly reduced their food supply which was already suffering from the draught and pushed them into the neighborhoods.

Couple years ago a woman jogging her dog on the park trails like hundreds of folks do daily was attacked by a gaze and it took staples and a few hundred stitches to close her back up. Yes they are cute looking but a couple of 30+ pounders can shred a human in seconds. Yes some are bigger than the usual 20lbs.

What I found works is to ding a couple of them and the others see and hear this and they start avoiding my yard. It took dinging several members of three different gaze that cruised my property. What I also found is they have areas that over lap and travel common byways of which my yard 'WAS' one of those byways.
