First peppers off the bush.....



Salsa time!

Nice peppers Jlander. They're really beautiful, such a nice red and a wonderful shape - pretty big too! That's will be some great salsa.

Finally starting to get some food. The cool weather is not helping.

We also have mushrooms. Not the eating kind.

Had fried green tomatoes last night.

Getting excited.....

It's taken about a week, and I thought it was dead and going nowhere.

But fermentation has begun....

A large tomato

2 lb 2 1/2 ounces 977 grams

(Bonnie has finger nails, very sharp finger nails)

We just went out and picked a variety of stuff that looked ready.
I guess there's a green pepper, some beans, Japanese eggplants, "cowhorn" peppers (I think), and the light yellow/whitish ones on top are White Devil's Tongue peppers.

I harvested nasturtium and carrots this afternoon.

Charlie... err... I mean pumpkins are in the wire… Wife’s pumpkins are marauding the yard and trying to escape. Har





Tomatoes are just starting to turn. Sappers... err... mean pumpkins are attacking from the east.



Onions and a few carrots.

That second carrot from the bottom doesn't look like the Virgin Mary but if you post it in the right place it might bring you something!
