They are the food of the gods Dave, I’ve made 10# of them before for the guys, I’ve been known to eat them and nothing else, how can you go wrong, jalepenos, cream cheese, and bacon put them on the grill, when bacon is crisp , eat em.

I couldn't agree more TC. My only problem is the next morning.....my behind feels like the business end of a flame thrower.

Tim, do you use those as an ingredient in making home brew or are they just decorative?

They have been used as both. Decorative recently. Originally there were Old Early Cluster and Cascade. Over the years they have mixed and I don't know if I have a hybrid by now. About an 8 foot row. This end of the group originally was Old Early Cluster. They have popped up down the fence 15 to 20 feet in the last 2 years.

The price that beer has been getting to recently I may have to start thinking about brewing again....

    It's that time of year....

First fallers getting collected, just shy of enough to kick off a batch of cider. Nomnomnom.
