So having kicked the snot out of poor Mr. Toes four times in one day, last night Basil ran up on Mr. Skunk while I was visiting my friend and neighbor. Basil managed to get to the door inside which we were talking. He was grunting and wretching while foaming at the mouth with his eyes squinted shut. It wasn't very pretty. In this shot you can see how irritated his eyes were:

Doesn't he look happy? Now he needs a new collar. Luckily his EDC (every day collar) is a cow collar from Agway. If he messed up his custom made competition collar he'd be competing wearing nothing but his harness and a smile.

    Remember Basil, "striped "kitties" bad"!

Hope his eyes clear up soon, that had to sting.
