You guys have some really nice looking AR's. Mine is completely stock but I hope to get an A3 upper soon. Here is a pic of my AR-15 along with some of her friends.

Thanked: 0I don't have an AR just yet, but I have been shopping for one. I'm looking at the Rock River Arms Entry Tactical as a possibility. Anyone have any comments on what else I should be looking for?

I looked at the pic and the one thing I noticed was that the front sight was a long ways back on the barrel, this will hurt when trying to shoot longer distances.

I had a bushmaster heavy barrel for a while. I liked it a lot, but not as much as the 220 Swift I traded it for. When you think of varmint zapping, there is no zap like the 220 Swift zap.

I have a Rock River, the AR15.com group buy from 2004 or 2005, the first one. I also have a Cav-15 with a 20" barrel.

Thanked: 2Never owned an AR-15, but qualified with one once a year while in the USAF. Remember taking it apart (except the trigger housing, those were sealed) using the bullet it fired.
