Thanked: 1I have really come to fancy the liqueur Southern Comfort, especially on ice with a dash of sweetened lime juice. The stuff is extremely smooth, a bourbon base with caramel and spices, but not sweet like many liqueurs. It comes in 70 and 100 proof.
Now I need to go get the next thing on my list of things to try, a bottle on Tanqueray gin.

Thanked: 0Had a Romeo & Juliet churchill the other day, it was ok for a 4.00 smoke.
While at the smoke shop I bought 3 cigars, and their stock person was in taking an inventory. I get to talking with him about cigars, and such, and he gives me two nice smokes! One was a Santa Rosa Corona, which "looks" to be on the light/mild side. and a La Primpadora which is a dark Maduro. (He gave me this after I said I like the stronger flavors.) I limit myself (All things in moderation.) to one a week, and haven't smoked any of them yet. I also bought,
A Saint Luis Ray, I've heard they're strong.
An Alcazar 1 Maduro
And an M1 Cusano
All the above are churchills and I'm looking forward to saturday when I can get rid of one!
TL;DR I bought 3 cigars, and was given two by the generous man at the cigar shop.

For lunch today I had an Olivia O Maduro and three pints of Guinness. I bought a box of the smokes in celebration of my 30% scholarship for grad school.
