Yeah, I miss-interpreted what you wrote about eye color,Dzanda.
Tilda is around 8 years and weighs 68. She was 2 when we adopted her from a rescue group and was very skinny then. Her sister Bella is a German Shepherd that my wife brought home when she was a puppy.

    Default Dogs an' Kids

What is it about dogs and kids?

So back when we brought our first child home, our little girl, my wife took video of the dog being introduced to baby. She posted it on YouTube so family back home could see it (pre-fb for my wife). It's a really boring 3 minute video (I think), but it has become a running joke with my wife and I.

Each week she informs me how many views the video has had... I marvel, roll my eyes, and always ask why? My wife in turn chuckles and always says the same thing, "I don't know."

Anyway! Today, "Good Morning America" emails and asks for permission to air it. What the heck? I mean I am sure it'll be edited, but whatever lol.

I love my dog and I love my kid - no question! But this is just weird lol.

That was a nice video. A precious memory for you and your family and specially for your daughter when she grows up. I really did enjoy watching it.

Inspired by you i had to scan few pics.
Here's our daughter back 22 years ago with one of our dogs back then (we had two). On the very same day we get her from the hospital. Must be 3 or 4 days old.

And here's the better pic of the dog (one on the left). + wife and the other dog in front of our house back then:

Here's the young girl about 15 yrs later:

Guess i've posted this vid before, but here she is last year with not so smart dog:

Nowadays she lives with 2 dogs, cat and my wannabe-son-in law. The days run like wild horses over the mountains (Bukowski).

The story goes that some dudes were hiking the Himalayas when this dog showed up out of no where to hang with them for a while. The next day one of the hikers woke up very early and saw the dog sitting there as per the photo for the better part of half an hour.
