I'm a fan of Blue Raspberry. They have it at the Smoothie King near me, so I bet yours has it too.
When you mix it up, make sure you stir it and let it sit. DO NOT shake it to mix it! It fizzes anyway, but when you shake it, the amount of gas that is released is insane. You don't want that to be inside you, lemme tell ya

I like At Large Nutrition whey powder protien (Nitrean or something like that is the product name). Not only do I get good results from their products, but they are a smaller operation and have been very good about answering my questions - the founder of the company that is - not a CSR. That goes a long way with me.
At Large Nutrition - Your number one choice for nutritional supplements.

I'm finishing off a tub of the Lemon-lime flavor and I have to say its my new favorite (I've been using this stuff on and off for ~2+ years).
As QuickO said "Dont Shake!"Another thing is make sure you stay well hydrated, you probably already know that, but it never hurts to reiterate.
Very Respectfully,
Scott

by the gods' golden gonads!
this stuff is amazing! i took two spoonfuls of noxplod (grape flavor... not bad at all!) in a pint of water before my workout and holy crap! i just set THREE PRs with free weights and did my normal cardio at a heart rate 20bpm higher than normal and felt awesome the whole time! i added 20# to my squats and didn't even feel the difference!
definitely go buy this if you workout. you are cheating yourself out of a better workout if you don't. it's actually pretty reasonably priced for a supplement, 1.81 pounds ran me just under forty bucks at my local smoothie king. it tastes like fizzy gatorade with splenda in it... not exactly gourmet, but by supplement stadards, downright delicious. (as i've mentioned before, most supplements taste like death)

It is a shop that makes and sells smoothies. Also, they sell lots of supplements and stuff for gym rats; it's mostly iron freaks and cross trainers that go there, because the smoothies are expensive and full of supplements. Great place.

EAS protein (found at target/walmart) although a bit pricey, is my choice. Plus the vanilla works perfect with milk. And it blends together with a spoon instead of a blender that is needed for some of the proteins i have tried.
And i cant stand that NO Xplode stuff, my brother (and some people here) sweat by it but it does nothing for me but then again, i dont need focus or energy. i enjoy working out and since i quit smoking i got energy out the wazoo....thats where energy comes from right??
