Maybe it wasnt enough to do anything but honestly, since my workouts are bodyweight (with some stuff using a weighted vest) i dont need massive muscle contraction for single reps like setting personal bests with bench press. I just do lots of pull ups, push ups, and core strengthening workouts. But i may get a bug up my butt and give it another shot. My brother always has some around so i can just steal some scoops from him.

I'd say definitely give it another go if you can. When I used to lift weights I started taking this stuff and loved it, and now I don't do anything other than push-ups, pull ups, run, etc... and still get that extra motivation to push harder, longer, with this stuff.

yeah, it really helped me on my cardio, I was able to push much harder than normal, and maintain it all the way until the end of my workout.
