Here are my other two. The snub nose is my carry gun. It is a 357 but I carry it with 38+Ps. With the 357 it is too punishing to the shooter to have the control that I like to have in firing double action with accuracy.
For those who wonder why a person would want to carry a pistol ..... a tattoo shop is a cash business and having a weapon is a good idea. In a restaurant across the street from the shop I work in three women were shot to death execution style in a robbery a few years ago. The perps got $120.00. They were caught, tried and convicted. Regrettably they got life instead of the death penalty they so richly deserved but that is for another thread.
Also a S&W 22 10 shot revolver. I love this gun. Back years ago you could go out in the boonies and plink at cans and bottles safely. Now there aren't any boonies without someone living in and around them. In the county I reside in it is illegal to fire a gun out of doors unless it is at a licensed shooting range. Thirty miles north or south of me.Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

My father in law has a S&W 500, and though it's a beautiful gun, it sucks to shoot. Don't get me wrong, there's a thrill about it, but it's not really the first one you reach for to go to the range (besides ammo being expensive).
If I had a revolver, I'd have a 44 magnum. I'm not sure why, but it always feels right in my hand and I can typically put the round exactly where I want it without any fuss. 454 Casul is ok, but it doesn't do much for me. The Python is a lot of fun. I tend to like the shorter wheel guns I suppose. I guess I figure that if I'm going to have that much barrel hanging off, I'd just rather have a carbine or a rifle.

This is a Webley mark VI introduced into British service in 1915 for WW I. It was taken out of service in 1963.

Not real sure how rare they may be. It was given as a gift to me by my Uncle. All I know about them is what I puled off Wkipedia. It was the main British service revolver introduced in 1915 for WWI and was in service until 1963. I believe they used it in Canada as well.
