On the topic of buffalo meat, I have had a buffalo ribeye steak. Not as good as cow IMO, but it was delicious. The consistency was more mushy, almost spongy. Good flavor, and the mushy consistency made it very "tender," but I prefer cow

I thought they were disgusting many years ago when I was in the PI in the Navy and this post just turned my stomach. However, eat one for me.
