He's not very scared of the vacuum, believe it or not. He doesn't like to be next to it, but he's not climbing up the drapes or anything.

I was waiting for this thread to make that southerly turn since the guy said he shaves his cat every summer.
Now Lee, I think you are being cute by asking what is the blue pill. However my nature is to share information I believe will help others. So, in the event you are in need of such help, the "blue pill" is Sildenafil Citrate: Sildenafil - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaLast edited by icedog; 07-19-2009 at 05:54 AM.

Thanked: 402Yeah, but the royal cantankerous Tiberius would certainly mind!
Lets bow to the new emperor of Quick Orange land!
Tibi, as soon as they think of declawing, shaving or another bath, call me!
My cats can give you great advice how to take smelly revenge!Last edited by 0livia; 07-18-2009 at 11:52 AM.

Ain't that the truth! I am at my cat's beck and call. He is the master and I am the servant. That is cool though.
For anyone thinking of it please don't declaw your cat. Scratching posts and related items really do work and a cat will live a dozen years or more. Things change and if he leaves your care he or she may need those claws.Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

This is false. Cats bath themselves daily with their tongues and before they were old enough to do it for themselves, their mother did it for them. Did you know that newborn kittens cannot defecate without someone licking their anus? And the mother just keeps on licking as the kitten excretes. Kinda gross, but that's how they are.
If you want to groom your cat to remove old hair I find the rubber cat brushes work great. Cats love them too.
Also, if he sits so still for you, you're probably in good shape to keep his nails trimmed with a clipper. I use the simple kind at the bottom and on the right of the page in that link. Whenever I feel a pointy one, Bella gets a trim on my lap. I think she actually dislikes having long nails because she gets caught on the carpet and such. Don't declaw, but you probably already know that.Last edited by xman; 07-18-2009 at 05:25 PM.
