Nice rifle, Aces. I had a 260 for a while, really out shot my buddies .308. I’ve been wanting another 6.5, thinking about going with a 6.5X47, though I do have a bunch of Lapua 260 brass floating around.

How do you like the chassis? I had a Rock Solid but it was a little heavy, and an Eliseo stock on. 338 build, which I really liked except for butt of the stock’s tendency to get caught on gear.

There is 0 dislikes on the chassis. I have this one and another on my 223 trainer. I’ve installed a metic ton of other chassis’s on customers rifles and MPA has everything I wanted and liked. So much, I became an MPA dealer in my retail shop.

The 6.5x47 is a really really good round. Definitely better than the Creed. But, not shelf ammo, if I have a senior moment and forget my reloafs. lol

Here is my wife’s match gun I built for her.

    Specs:
    Savage 12FV (blueprinted)
    .223Rem
    26” 1:9 Shilen barrel blank
    MPA Comp chassis
    Athlon Argos BTR scope
    Caldwell bipod
    Induro tripod
Cerakote colors: Graphite black, Burnt Bronze Honeycomb. (She is a beekeeper, so it was kinda fitting).

All machine work and cerakote done by me, in my shop.

Also, I gave my 6.5Creed a facelift with a subdued kryptek camo cerakote job.

A new (to me) rifle, picked it up today.

Tikka T3, with a bushnell scope. There is also a moderator, but I forgot to get my authorization for it, so the gent is kindly holding onto it for me till I do the paperwork.

A little family fun at the range with my brother n sister.
Dad taught us all to shoot when we were just kids, but my sister wants to try her hand at deer hunting, finally.

So we had to brake her into 12gauge slugging. She did well, for the first time. Then we pulled out the Ruger 44Mag, she wouldn't touch it. But fell in love with the M-16, instead.
