A 1991 Mazda 323 Hatchback in dirty, red, peeling paint with tape holding the left side rear window in, tape holding part of the windshield in and a very cluttered interior. What can I say? Motor is sound and I still get decent mileage from it.

When I'm behind the wheel I am driving a Maserati.

A year and a half ago I sold my Rolls Royce, customized to look like a 2001 Ford E 250 van, and bought a 2005 Ford Focus ZX3 hatchback with a 5 speed manual tranny. Had 68,500 original miles on it, and runs like a top.

Yeah, you will get probably some mileage out of that thing. I have heard of guys who baby their engines getting up to 8000 hours out of one of those B series Cummins in a BOAT before they have to do a rebuild. That would be equal to 400,000 miles at 50 mph.

Until this month I was driving a 1.6l 2009 VW Golf, I think in the US it's branded a VW Jetta. My wife has that now and I'm driving a teeny tiny 1l Toyota Aygo, it has no guts and it handles like a go cart.

But it gets me there and back.

Not worth posting pictures- we have a 2001 Tacoma and a 2013 Accord. Both have been great for us!
