Perhaps you should think about going for counselling.

    Default Alberto V05

Alberta VO5 was also a product I remember. It was hard core. Kool Kats that used this stuff looked down on Brylcreamers with disgust. It went well with engineering boots, levis, white T shirt and Schott's Perfecto Motorcycle Jacket, ducktail, switchblade and a 1950 Mercury.

Dudes that used this stuff slept in their sunglasses and had taps on their boots to let you know they were on the way.

Thinking about this makes me want to run out and get a pack of Camels and fire up my Zippo.

I hate you guys. I really do. You keep making me do stupid s**t.

I picked up a tub of Brylcreem today and put some in.

    Freakin' peer pressure.

Knock it the hell off already.

I haven't laughed so hard for a good while. Me personally, I just wear a hat to keep my (fine) hair in place. I alternate between clipper cut to bone lazy, couldn't be bothered to drag the clippers out for a year or two, long hair (current stage). Hat of choice is a Hanna hats Vintage 77B1 Hanna Hats - Buy Tweed Caps and Hats Online . One of those does me just fine to hold the hair in place, keeps the sun out of the eyes and keeps the head nice and warm on cold days (I have a summer hat and winter hat). Brylcreem or Carnation oil was what my good old Gran-pappy used to slap in my hair as a kid.

In Canada, we can get the black tub or the black tube. Have never seen any other SKU.

I picked up the size as the tub is 180ml while the large tube is 130ml for the same price (I'm cheap that way)

And yes, I do enjoy the scent. Seems to me the scent lasts much longer than modern styling products. I guess it must be a function of slapping oil and beeswax on your head versus glue.

    Default My Pomp

I generally use Murray's pomade to tame my wild pomp, it holds better. But, if I wanna get it a little more greasy, I'll top it off with a little brylcreem. I like to use either Pinaud Clubman, or Lucky Tiger Bay Rum aftershave with these.
