I'm liking it pretty good. Very mild cigar. I'm not particularly good at describing flavors but i would compare to Casa Magna Colorado.
Thanks!, just cut the front lawn
Got my sutures out last Wednesday, healing up really well.

Gurkha Evil XO for the commute this morning.

All in all not a bad stick, very mild earthy/leather flavours with a very slight sweet cedar finish.

Construction was great, no burn issues at all.

    Room 101 Daruma Papi Chulo, 4 x 42.
One of the smallest cigars, but really interesting and tasty.

A while back I posted about a Room 101 Master Collection 1 Papi Chulo.

Loved the stick, and as it was so small hated that my enjoyment was short lived.

Waiting for my Cigar Monger to bring in a larger vitola.

Well I have taken to enjoying a quick cigar in the morning before work. I always resisted the morning smoke for fear of wanting to smoke through the day. But that hasn't been the case. So I am on a cigarillo kick/search.

Today I put in an order:

    - CAO Criollo 4*38. Love this cigar. Takes some getting used to though, and needs rest. 5
    - Villiger Export 4*37. Cheap < $1.00, but tastes great. Need no rest - machine rolled box press. 50
    - CAO Mx2 4*38. Great black cigar. 5
    - Cohiba Black 4*36. Yummy black goodness. 6
    - Cohiba Red Dots. Same as above, but not black
    - Partagas Black 4*36. The roll sucks, but the taste is divine! 6
    - Don Pepin Garcia Blue 4.5*32. Lovely oily little things. Nom, nom. 5
    - Tatuaje Nicaragua 4.5*32. Never had one? Looking forward to trying it 5

I figure the Villagers will do while I let the other real cigars rest a bit. I haven't really smoked enough cigarillos to commit to boxes yet. With the exception of the Tats, I have enjoyed those I have ordered but never really thought of them as my main cigar size so a little experimentation is needed.

On a positive note, my full sized cigars will get some aging lol!!

If anyone has some recommendations, I am all ears!

Today I enjoyed a Gurkha robusto with a small glass of Johnny Walker Black whilst waiting for the grill to come up to temp. Good way to end/start the week.

Funny. With plenty of sticks in the winecoolerdor to choose from I still reach for a Fuente Hemingway as often as not. Go figure. Good for a trip to the dump, an hour on the mower or an easy smoke after dinner. So it was this weekend...
