Mcbladescar - yardie... this doesn't bode well you you guys! With all the Yanks running to Cuba, the supply is going to dry up quick. If your guys can maintain their orders, great. But prices are going to skyrocket I would think.

    No?

It might be bad for Cuban cigars on the whole. They'll increase production, lowering quality, only to be left high and dry with excess capacity when people look elsewhere after the glow is gone.

    I could be wrong.

I think you're on the right track there, nicely aged tobacco will run out eventually based on initial demand. The allure of buying Cuban will certainly spike the demand, sales, pricing and inventory. But, Like Pixelfixed said, Dominicans are better anyways
That's the story I'm going to be telling in the future anyways

    Hilarious .

You know - I got to tell you. The old days are gone. People don't expect a "taste" anymore. They experiment.

At one time Cubans was all there was - and that taste really is awesome. But lately everything is changing for me - and for others I believe as well. I know I am actually enjoying some cigars with Mexican tobacco! As the binder leaf anyway lol. I don't always want the same "taste" every cigar anymore.

I guess all said and done - in the end - it'll be good for the end-user.

    Are Cuban cigars great? Yes!

    Are Dominican cigars great? Certainly!

Are Honduran cigars great? You betcha!

Are Nicaraguan cigars great? Most definitely!

Sooooo...Cuban cigars aren't the end all be all? Bingo.

Personally, I'd take DRs and Nicaraguans over Cubans.

As McBladescar said above, there will definitely be a glut of Cuban consumption in the states; and it will last for a while.

Then individuals will start to realize they really weren't missing out on anything. At all.
