Living in Lancashire England and unaware of any changes, bring me up to date on the situation regarding your access to Havana cigars in the United States: are things more relaxed nowadays, or are they still as deliciously illicit as ever?

Nothing has changed; the embargo lives on. Some of us somehow manage to smoke what we like, though.

Not that I'd ever break the law, hope you understand

    Romeo Y Julietta No.1, cause it's my brother's birthday!
I'll get some Jose L Piedra next week. Nothing fancy. They are popular for domestic use in Cuba and I see why. they are cheap and decent cigars.

The only thing that has changed is that one of the gentlemen working for my father is from Cuba and when he goes home he brings my father a box of cigars. And then my father shares with me from time to time.

However, in celebration of my 3rd child and 2nd son being born last night, I stopped by the local tobacconist to try something new tonight. I will be enjoying an "Ideologoy" by 262 Cigars. Never heard of it. It looked decent. I'll find out soon enough.

    I don't know yet.

Maybe a Cohiba black label, maybe not.

    Default Bonsoir mes amis!

I happen to find myself in Paris right now, and just came back from having diner on a streetside table at a bistro which I capped with a Montecristo Numero 5.

    La vie est bon!
