I've seen them on Ebay and found one at my local cigar shop for $20. I figued I try it. It dosn't cut the end off, but makes six slits in the cap leaving it in tact. Looks like your smoking an uncut cigar. I was skeptical when I bought it, but I like it. I got good draw and the cigar burned evenly. I don't mean this to sound like a commercial, but like I said it blew me away. Has anyone else tried one?
Yes I have tried it on several sticks and I just didn't like it. Felt like it complicated the draw of some of my favorite sticks. I have a friend who loves it, but I will stick with my trusty Xikar

I have on tap for this evening a well seasoned H Upmann, smaller ring gauge, and a snifter of 12 year old Glenfiddich. Can't wait. Life is good.

A beautiful sunny winter day above freezing.
Enjoyed a C.A.O. while roasting a pound of coffee. Great way to spend an afternoon...

Heading out to the patio to end the evening with an Alec Bradley Family Blend and a bit of Speyside Scotch. Not sure but I think this box of ABs has about 2 years on it in the coolerdor.

Had a little drive so I enjoyed this Cohiba the other day. A good friend brought them back and has been aging them for around 4 years. He decided to give one. Normally I am a maduro smoker and like a darker cigar, but I was greatly surprised by this one. A great smoke!!! Thanks PhiL!

Had a Dominican Cohiba myself just this evening. I'd been saving it for a special occassion and since Saturday night only comes once I week I figured it was as good an excuse as any. Great smoke but I doubt I could afford them more often than just once in a blue moon.
The older I get, the better I was
