Thanked: 94Have been sick for 2 weeks thanks to my daughter. Finally can taste again so I lit up a JFR 7x70 LE. An absolute Titan of a stick. I lit it over two hours ago (still have 2.5 inches left. It starts out very flavorful and somewhat mild. By half way it progressed to a very decent medium body. Now towards the end it has picked up steam and is in the medium full category. I am not disappointed by this cigar at all and will definitely pick up more. Clean burn the whole way, very pleasant room note and full of flavor. May not be an N bomb like Cubao, Cain F or an LFD double ligero, but it is a nice afternoon stick with personality. Definitely recommended. Have a great day gents!

I usually love Cubans when sitting for at least six months in the humidor but today I Wanted something different. When not smoking the prohibited I really like Padron cigars, even the Thousands line (in maduro).
I found a Padron Ambassador (6"+ by 42 ring gauge) in my humidor from last year. Smoked it this morning after breakfast and it blew me away, chocolate, coffee, buttery mouth feel....Padron knows their stuff. I am really starting to like smaller ring gauges with some length on them....Lanceros for example are great when the draw is on.

Thanked: 1185My Friday evening, drive home, victory stogie was an Arturo Fuente, Flor Fina 858. I did some writing work for a friend of mine so he gifted me a handful of these. Pretty lavish compensation for an hour's worth of work. I would have gladly done the job for nothing but a thank you note and a zip lock bag of these was waiting for me this morning at my desk when I checked in. This is an absolutely wonderfully delicious cigar.

Friday night I had a nice A Fuente Hemingway to go with a nice JWB. I've been eyeing the A Fuente curly head for something a bit cheaper, What are y'alls thoughts on them?
No that pistol isn't the only thing under my kilt, but I can tell you both of them work just fine

Thursday I enjoyed a Romeo Y Julieta 1875 Petite Numero Dos. Very nice, smooth cigar for the price. I don't smoke very often only about once a month or so. This was a real treat.

Thanked: 1185This evening's Drive Home Victory Stogie was a Cusano 18 Robusto Maduro. Delicious cigar! I found the draw a bit tighter than I normally prefer but in fairness, I didn't have a cutter with me and pierced the cap with the poker of a pipe tool. After several "remedial wollerings" (it's a technical term) the draw issue was resolved. Delicious cigar though, of course I saved the butt. I'll let it dry for a couple days and tear it up and stuff it in a pipe. In the immortal words of Joe Dirt...well see 1:33 below
