Not only in Bulgaria. As far as i know US import tobaccos are somewhat hard to find in the whole EU, but with little luck you might find some every now and then. Custom taxes makes it very pricey too.
Avaibility of European blends is good of course and you have plenty to choose from. Even from the local stores, at least here.

No in Bulgaria , there is 10 pipe tobaccos - Clan ,BorcumRiff , Captain blac and Stanuel . Only crapy shit , aromatics , evrything else have to be imported and taxes for EU tobaccos are similar here , to those of the US , ones ,but the prises - double .The quality of the euro tobaccos vs american is pathetic . There is 150 grams restriction limit , so the importer of shits and crappy aromatics can sell theyre tasteless grass up to 15 dollars for 50 gr. They have big lobby in the goverment . So thing are simple what we sell , we share the money .
Some frends have relatives or frends in USA and send them money , and they return the tobaccos whithout paychec list and prise . So the tobaccos came as ordinary gift and they have no problem- they do not pay taxes and the private personal pacages are not opened . So they enjoy a quality tobacco at a low prise .It is beter to smoke Meridian or Urly morning instead Borcum riff or Stanuel , isnt it .

From your link it seems you have almost the same tobaccos as we do in almost every grocery store and gas station.
Howevers the avaibility of decent pipe tobacco is somewhat good these days (i happen to live in a city that still has b&m tobacco shops). Also many local department stores and supermarkets sell pipe tobaccos.

Our customs aren't really interested in shipments within EU and they even do not have a legal unambiguous right to do so (you know the 'free movement of goods, persons, services within EU' -thing).
However they are very pedantic with shipments that come from outside union. Taxes are dead high.
