Three mile run followed by a tore up La Aroma de Cuba cigar in a Whitehall Grand National. Now for a nice shower and shave and off to the beach with the lovely Mrs. GI. Pics to follow. I'm trying to get healthy and stop taking this damn medication (blood pressure meds and type II diabetes). So far the weight is coming off nicely and the quality and intensity of my workouts are improving steadily. I hope to be off all my meds by this time next year.
The older I get, the better I was

Dunhill Flake in basket "Baby". Just back from testing some wad cutter loads in some .32 revolvers with my son. They did ok. The boy enjoyed pulling the staples out of the backer with my Leatherman more than he liked shooting I think. It started to rain right after I got home to. Just in time.

A little Plum Pudding for the trip to work from Seattle Pipe club. The pipe is a cheap basket pipe I think it is called a Spitfire. Have a great day.
