Thanked: 101Just got back from dropping off my laptop and decided to stop by the smokeshop. Finally got a pack of pipecleaners, a tamping tool, and a nice mini briar bent freehand. I may just go out into my carport and light one up.

Thanked: 101Roger that. I smoked some "Don's Blend" in the cob on the front porch while the boys built Legos on the living room floor. It appears the mini freehand is "pre-charred" in the bowl. Nice. As a side note the Zippo pipe lighter is a Godsend, no more hot hands trying to light my pipe. Very nice.

Buckeye,
Hey there Mister!! BOTH hands on the wheel!!! Nice pipe, driving in the snow, action shot. Ya know, the snow is pretty, it snows here, about two inches every ten years or so. It's awesome when it does, not a damn fool around knows how to drive in it!! BUT, I can drive an hour and a half and get into it as deep as I want. Be careful in that stuff.

Thanked: 101Tried out the bent mini freehand this evening. Had a bowlful of "Captain's Choice" on the porch. It is black as topsoil. Slightly sweet, with a bolder tobacco flavor then the other sweet tobaccos I have been enjoying. The freehand was not as char caked as I thought. Will have to cake it through smoking. The little sucker sits nicely on the face though. Barely know I have a pipe going.

Thanked: 101I must admit having the 3 way pipe tool is quite nice. Czech made and sturdy at that. It allows me to pick and fluff the tobacco for a relight and tamping. Handy!

Thanked: 983Czech tools are as common as fleas on a dog around here...Or at least as common as there are pipe smokers, which seem to be a bit uncommon around here...Anyway, every pipe smoker in this country would own at least one Czech tool.
