Thanked: 101Afternoon smoke was the basket briar with a tobacco my brother got me called "Celtic Vanilla". It was pretty good. Kind of like a toasty roasty vanilla with a mild to strong spicy smoke to it. Not wet or gurgly. Dry smoke.

I have two basket pipes, one I used for aromatics (Lane 1Q and its knock offs were the first I smoked), but then I got into the Latakias and orientals. Squadron Leader has a bit too much tobacco - one of the reasons I don't like cigars... make me nauseated.
I'll try to find some pictures of my pipes....
