We don't have the snow yet in northern Iowa, but we're working on it...

It's a slow start here... Just a "skiff" right now...

Was cleaning up the man cave and came across my pipes.

Man the smell of the beautifully charred pipe and lingering tobacco really made me want to light it up. But after my tinned tobacco give away I have nothing left.

Lol I might have to buy a tin again just for such emergencies lol.

Damn, that looks good!! Throw some rice next to it, and chow down. With all the advancements they have made in technology, it's watching that, that makes me wish they would come up with "smell-O-vision".

Behold!! The pipe with no name! A gift from the always generous Nosewarmer, I looked up information on it and found, "An Italian briar of un-known origin". Kinda like Clint Eastwood as the man with no name in the Italian Spaghetti westerns, just a good smoking pipe. Filled it with some Esoterica Pembroke and we had a nice morning smoke. The old wore out Case in the picture was my fathers. God only knows how many trout were gutted and young bulls, de-nutted with that knife. Dad always referred to castrating bulls as brain surgery. He said he was changing their minds from ass to grass. He sure got his monies worth outa those poor blades, I need to clean it up!
