Not sure i have to check when i get home but i think mine is marked 1944 or 45. I just sold my ak due to the high demand. So i had to show the m44 some love .

I have a couple myself, love them. A guy at work had a FFL and got a good deal on them, 125$ for a standard one, 145$ for a hex receiver. I think he sold 38 of them to guys in the three plants, he bought 75! Geez, makes me want to watch "Enemy at the Gates" again! Originally Posted by spacemonkeyjon
