The weathers been hot 25 C (77 F). Almost too hot not only for me but for the doggie too so we took it to shore. Had 1864 from Jirsa.

Yep...that there is a wee wet doggie ha ha. I walked many a country road just like that one in my younger days. Looks beautiful. 77F. that's six more degrees than I prefer. I like right around 70 myself before I start to melting.

I've been working to strip and remodeling a house, because the windows are bowed shut, and no electricity the average temperature has been mid to high 90's. I can handle the heat much better than cold but that place is a sauna. I've been puffing on a steady diet of OJK in a variety of cobs.

Few months ago i heard (a rumour) from the local tobacco shop that the manufacturing of Pete tobaccos is going from K&K to MacB. K&K will still use the same recipes but with the different names. Do not know what happens to brand (and the taste of) Petes under MacB.
Interestingly or not, at the same time there was a bunch of new tobaccos at the K&K websites. I've not tried but some local folks who have claimed that:
    Red Lion = Old Dublin.
    Wallace Flake = University Flake.

At the same time our one and only local shop stopped importing Erinmore Flakes to Finland but took Rattrays Malcolm Flakes into selection. Damn me but i swear both Erinmores and Malcolm are exactly the same

Have no idea about the rest of those new Rattrays. Will know more within few weeks. Me & blonde, eh, wife, rented a small cabin near the western coast of Estonia for few weeks. To spend a part of our vacation there. I'll have plenty of time to check the local tobacco shops there as usually they've had a better selection of Rattrays available.
