Rattray Brown Clunee and Mcclelland 5100 mixed 2:1, two years in the jar. Very nice in a big fat cob and a little old Brakner cherrywood.

I just ordered a "Lord of the Rings" inspired churchwarden in aged cherry... I simply cannot wait until it arrives! I will let you gentlemen know (with pictures, of course!) how it goes.

In So Cal today for work, a long ways from home. Enjoying some S.G. Navy Flake in the Pete outside the hotel while I wind down the work day. Looking forward to heading back home tomorrow. I think it hit 78 degrees today! Wow.

P.S. I folded one long flake (from bulk) and had a long 1 1/2 hour smoke on an empty stomach. Now I'm super hungry, so time for a beer and some dinner.

Just receive a nice little belated Christmas gift from my good mate Steph. I have quite enjoyed sampling three different tobacco's today. I'll post pics tomorrow. The finer details will have to come from Steph, but I have a Cherry blend which I feel is just above par with my usual Cherry Cav, another called Philosophy that I am really quite taken with, and Steph if you could find out what blend of tobacco's it is, it would be appreciated, and another that is a McClellands (spl) bulk blend (details from Steph if he could) took out second place in a close run with Philosophy. It was a bit lighter in strength and flavour, but I could happily smoke it all day.
Thank you very much Steph. Truly you are a gentleman of good taste!

The Pilots mix is actually McClellands #2000 fragrant matured cake Bulk. My Favorite ! I'll work on the Philosophy for ya.
