I used to have about that many albums, maybe a bit more or a bit less, and fell to the promise of the CD.

Those great analog records, with a great turntable, big speaker stacks, making mixed cassette tapes was the best...I so regret getting rid of my LP's. Still have my Yamaha 100w with the loudness dial (not button) stashed away.

Thanks for the memories, looks like a great collection.

    Default Wishes Come True!

Hi all! If you click on the first link you will hear the Live Version of a song from my youth! In it you will hear that ' The Lawrence Welk's Show' featured their song and that they 'wished' that they could see/hear the video!

The second link does just that!

The last is an audio of the original song!

    Enjoy!

Tonight I'm spending some time with the band that kicked off this whole thread: Arcade Fire

And for a bit of fun, throw an address into this, sit back, and enjoy the show.

    The Wilderness Downtown

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Now on to some a little less redneck There are many versions of this song and all are absolutely amazing. The original Dire Straits version was epic. Pedro Javier Gonzalez does several versions by himself that are also absolutely incredible. But of them all I think this version is the best I've seen. Click play and stand by for 7+ minutes of magic.
