I just got done listening to the Dixie Chicks from about 1 1/4 mile away. Not bad. If you didn't know the words they were hard to make out. I live about that far from the grandstands of the Minnesota state fairgrounds!

The Beatles, full "Help" album. Ideal for working in the garden!
As I grow (just a little bit, mind) older, I'm starting to listen even more for melodic music rather than the noisy stuff I used to listen to in the days long gone by. The Beatles fit that perfectly. Just came back in from some hot & humid (for here, anyway) puttering in the workshop. Now it's time to take it easy with a bit of Tom.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Never was a Sinatra fan when I was young, but my Mother had him playing on the old Victrola all day in the house. This gets ingrained in a young man, and I now see the "Chairman of The Board" in a much different light.
An old memory ..
