Rest in peace Gord. Thank you for the music, many great nights, and a ton of great memories. From the first time I heard Highway Girl back in about '88 until today, you have provided much of the soundtrack of my life. And you will be missed.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Ditto here, Cangooner, but not until '89 with the release of "Up to Here." I heard "New Orleans is Sinking" on the radio and wondered if this group originated from Louisiana. A little ways from Canada.

I first saw them on the "Road Apples" tour in a venue seating only about 800 folks. Wow! I had never seen anyone with the energy Gord brought that evening.

(Which reminds me, I need to re-buy that CD after losing/scratching it 4x or so. Oh, and "We Are the Same.")

I randomized "Yer Favorites - Disc 1" and landed on "So Hard Done By" followed by "Escape is at Hand for the Travelin' Man." Rest in peace, Gord, and thanks for the finest of memories!

Hi Gents, how about some Etta James from around 1963 singing her version of 'Money (That's what I want)'

Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

Nothing like watching and listening to a guy who can't read music bring a new dimension to a couple of the Fab Four's Tunes.

I stumbled upon this. Roseanne Cash paying tribute to her father at the Kennedy Center.

I hope all will enjoy it.

My apologizes for posting two in a row on the same day. However I just got an email from a DJ friend in Australia that the legendary Fats Domino has passed.

So in remembrance to his legacy here's one of his hits.
