Speaking of songs in the head... Neil's practically set up shop in mine - which in itself isn't at all unusual - thanks to all the election talk about Ohio. Beautiful performance of a powerful song.

OK. So that's Stills and Young taken care of. Any takers for Crosby and Nash?

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Going all patriotic on this one but Ray Charles is one of the finest musicians this country has ever produced and his version of this song is awesome

Another favorite, Ray Charles doing an old Leon Russell tune

    The Brian Jonestown Massacre

    'Spun'

That boy who made you low
    That boy don't even know
That boy who caused you pain
That boy’s got shit for brains

    Had to let you know
    ‘Cause you don't even
    Know what I know
    You’re my sunshine

Sad girl, don't lose your faith
    Your tears are pretty diamonds
I'll kiss them off your face
I love to see you smiling

    Had to let you know
I had to let you know
    You’re my sunshine
    You’re my sunshine

    Just when you thought
    That there couldn't be more
I can turn out the lights
And I'll show you it all
I can take you to heaven before the sun comes up
It's the way that you smile
    When you’re talking to me
When I lost all my faith
    You just made me believe
And I'll tell you all about it
    Yeah
    Get up closer to me

‘Cause I feel like I've been spinning round and round
Yeah I feel like I’ve been spinning round and round
Feel like I’ve been spinning round and round
I feel like I’ve been spinning round
    Spinning round and round
    Around and around etc…

    You’re my sunshine
    You’re my sunshine

Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?
